Mastering homecare

Hello home care partners. Finding Clients can be confusing for us sometimes. One tip I want to give you is write down the pains points of your future clients. Why is that important? Well you need to know how to speak directly to your audience. It is a must that you talk to the areas that your clients need help in. For example, one of the biggest pain points is helping our clients keep their independence and live in their own homes. So begin to think about how you can create marketing material that speak directly to your future clients.

Finding your target audience is so important. When you know what type of clients work for your agency it makes it easier to market to them. Let me explain, when you know who your client is you can find out what their pain points are. For example, helping someone bath, and get dressed gives them their dignity back. So finding the clients that value your services will help you grow a successful agency.
Unemployment claims can be so frustrating. When I first started my agency I had caregivers quit or get fired pretty often. I soon realized that I had to protect myself from caregivers that were professionals at cheating the system. I highly recommend that you keep track of all documentation such as emails, written warnings, voicemails, all signed polices . The unemployment claims dept will request these items in cases when you are disputing a claim from a previous employee. If you lose a unemployment claim it comes out of your reserves which comes from your payroll taxes that you pay. You want to keep a nice healthy balance in that account.
